Begniner Ab Curcuit

Wondering how to get abs? So is most of the internet when you search up easy workouts. At the moment I am doing the “Hourglass: Booty and Abs Program” by Chloe Ting. She has a bunch of workouts on her page, so here’s the link to her website: https://www.chloeting.com/program/

I’ve going to leave a beginner ab workout below! Also due to the quarantine, I haven't been able to go to the gym to take videos, so feel free to search them up. Sorry :(

  1. 1-minute plank 

  2. Reverse crunch

  3. Leg raise with reverse 

  4. Russian twists 

  5. V-ups 

  6. Dead bug

  7. Windshield wipers
