Beginner Arm Workout

w/ Weights

This is the workout I started out with when I would do an arm day. You will choose your weights depending on what you can handle and you should try to increase the weight amount every couple times that you do this workout. Remember to not work out the same part of your body two days in a row. Also due to the quarantine, I haven't been able to go to the gym to take videos, so feel free to search them up. Sorry :(

3 set of 12-15 reps 


  1. EZ bar bicurl 

  2. Skull crushers 

  3. Arnold press 

  4. EZ bar reverse grip bicurl 

  5. Dips 

  6. Cable shoulder press
