I love to cook and a big reason why is because I know exactly what's going in my food since I'm preparing it. I realized that some of my favorite dishes from different restaurants were far too expensive to buy every night, so I figured why not just make it myself. Although I'm a major foodie, I love to eat healthy because it makes me feel good and helps my digestive system.
