Crawl. Walk. Run.

I personally find exercise super important. Though I didn't really participate in sports growing up, once I hit middle school, I realized how important being active was. There are a million workouts online, in videos, on Instagram, etc., but how do you know which one is right for you? I wish I had the answer to that. I want to share my favorite workouts and fitness tips in general. Hopefully, my blog will answer that question and together we'll get those dream bodies!
