Spaghetti + Meatballs
I've made spaghetti and meatballs so many different ways but this is my go-to when I'm in a rush, because I usually have these ingredients in my kitchen. This recipe is perfect for a quick dinner that you know everyone will enjoy.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 lb of spaghetti
1 package of your favorite meatballs. (recipe for this soon!)
1 small yellow onion (1 cup chopped)
4 cloves garlic minced
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. basil finely chopped
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese (for serving)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Boil water with salt and start to prepare pasta.
Cook meatballs according to package and put to the side.
In a medium saucepan on medium-high heat, put the onions in olive oil until onions are softened.
Add tomato paste to the saucepan, coating the onions.
Add tomatoes and garlic, oregano, salt/pepper and basil, bring to a boil. Simmer.
Add 1/4 cup of pasta water and toss the cooked spaghetti in (I use thongs).
Add the meatballs, moving them around, so everything is covered in sauce.
Serve with basil and parmesan cheese!
